Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and we will do all we can to help.
We have a 5 day return policy if your item is damaged or even if you have just changed your mind about your purchase. All items returned must be in original packaging, unopened and unused. If the item is faulty we will replace it at our discretion.
E-Liquids which have been opened cannot be returned. Sale items are not eligible for a refund, only an exchange if returned in satisfactory condition.
Please note, you will be responsible for shipping costs if returning any items. Shipping costs are not refundable. We highly advise using a tracked service when returning any items to us.
